This rich chestnut brown (moorit) fleece is faded to a caramel on the tips. It is beautifully fine and crimpy throughout and has a consistent staple length at around 5cm. Cindy was rooed this year so there will be no double cuts.
There is a thicker layer of lanolin at the base of the fibres which is typical of a fleece that has been rooed. It will wash out or become unnoticeable during processing.
